HEALING WORKSHOP " SURRENDERING FEAR + SELF JUDGEMENT "

This workshop will touch on deep topics such as things involving family matters, childhood experiences & deep reflections that will come up for you. This is a safe space to do this with your tribe. No shame , judgement & others who are battling the same things as you are. 

This will consist with the following 

• Guided mediation to guide you through the emotions & deep subconscious thoughts. 
• Introduction into fear & judgment . The fractions of the soul & why we rejection, and Betray ourselves.
• Self reflection questions / journal & deep discussions to help aid you along 
• Given some grounding tips & information that can assists you This will be homework for you to do for the next period. 

When : Friday, MAY 5TH 2023

How long : 2hrs max 

Will this be recorded? : Yes this will be recorded for those that attend the workshops. Refunds will not be issued out to anyone that misses this workshop.

Do I need to bring anything? : Yes, a Journal! Tea or water! Somewhere comfortable & quiet enough you can meditate & sit in silence. Clear focus is needed for this.
