✨ Talk about ways you can change you coping mechanisms & also network to find grounding. There will also be discussions on the New moon for those who want to know more of what to expect from the new moon ritual.

✨ Goal is to leave feeling understood & welcomed into a new space! Collborating with your tribe members.
