Returns 
NO EXCEPTIONS DUE TO THE NATURE OF THESE PRODUCTS

Refunds and exchange  (if applicable) 
No refunds , unless Akasha and the customer have come to a decisions based on the nature of the product IF YOU HAVE JEWELRY AFTER 2 weeks you can not receive a new chain! If it breaks! Please take care of your jewelry and do not SLEEP in them! Take them OFF 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable) 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. 



FOR ANY REFUNDS SENT OUT ( IF WE DO PROCESS THEM ) YOU WILL ONLY BE SENT A REFUND FOR THE ITEMS PURCHASED! THE REFUND FOR SHIPPING WILL NOT BE SENT BACK IF IT HAS ALREADY BEEN PURCHASED.
