• Official roll call & checklist at the meeting point.

• Direct communication with confirmed attendees — exact meet time & location will be provided only to RSVP guests.

Important rules (please read):

• RSVP required. No walk-ups or outsiders allowed.

• All members of your party must be listed at checkout — we will check names at roll call.

• No refunds for RSVPs.

• No shirt / no transportation / park admission not included. You are responsible for your own ticket and travel.

• We reserve the right to deny entry to anyone not on the RSVP list.
